While Nancy is at the helm of AWP, managing all marketing, development, and financial aspects of the firm, she still gets into the nuts and bolts of project management, data definition, application integration, and development. Prior to founding AWP in 2002, Nancy worked for Interleaf, Inc. in Cambridge, MA, a pioneer in software for technical publishing and document distribution, in a variety of roles ranging from software programmer to marketing director.

Meg has extensive project management and curatorial experience for a variety of community and arts projects including with the American Federation of Arts and the Whitney Museum in New York. Meg’s strengths lie in organization, collection and presentation of information for web design.

Robyn is chief developer for Academic Web Pages and is responsible for website development for all AWP projects. In addition, Robyn manages and performs maintenance for over 125 AWP clients with active maintenance contracts. Robyn is an expert in HTML, web navigation design, and CSS. Before joining AWP, Robyn was webmaster and technology resources manager for non-profit organizations. Robyn is a 10-year veteran of the US Air Force, where she served as a weather specialist.
